What modifications would be needed to be able to build & run the

I am just trying to get a simple Cocoa AudioQueue example to work. Is
installing the iphone materials the only efficient option? I'm running
Xcode
3.1.3.
Since SpeakHere is written for the iPhone, you'll need the iPhone SDK
to build it. But there are other Core Audio examples, and the
AQPlayer/AQRecorder classes in SpeakHere don't seem to have any
iPhone-specific stuff in them, though I find their use of C++
distracting.
Not that it really matters, but why is "their use of C++ distracting"
when programming CoreAudio stuff?
