FrameSize and Packet Size

  • Subject: FrameSize and Packet Size

I am opening an mp3 audio file. On debugging the AudioFileGetProperty returns.

'pkub' returns 530
while ASBD gives 576 frames per packet.

What does that means... packet's upperbound is less than the no. of
frames per packet. How can 'pkub' be less than framesPerPacket??

Thanks

Abhinav
