Hello,

I’m new to CoreAudio.  I’ve been looking through the guides and documentation but not sure where I should focus my attention to solve a problem.  I am looking to mix two streams of audio (from files on the machine) but I would like one stream to always be -10 to -25db below the primary audible stream.  I am doing experimentation/research with sound masking and this is the place I would like to begin.  Hopefully my question is not too simplistic.

I would really appreciate if someone would point me in the right direction.

Thank you kindly in advance,

W.
