in the context of JACK, CELT is used only for long haul (WAN)
connectivity. within JACK, its not really not intended to be used for
LANs, wireless or not.

can you control the presence of other wifi signals though? and to what
extent? this definitely sounds like a challenging task, apple APIs or
not.
