Hello all,

This may be documented somewhere, but google hasn't turned up anything fruitful.

I'm trying to find a mention of how average and peak levels are computed in the matrix mixer.
-Is average VU? what rise/fall times?
-is peak instantaneous level? over what duration?

I'm using:
   AudioUnitGetParameter(mixer, kMatrixMixerParam_PostAveragePower, kAudioUnitScope_Input, i, &amps[0]);
   AudioUnitGetParameter(mixer, kMatrixMixerParam_PostPeakHoldLevel, kAudioUnitScope_Input, i, &amps[1]);

Are these documented anywhere?

Thanks,
mike
