Daniel,
It was pointed out that only 16 bit data at 32,44.1 & 48 were supported.
I tried a Class 1 (Proton) 24/96 unit and it would not enumerate.

FYI and I will out a bug report... the suspend sequence does not work
correctly and therefore does not put devices in sleep mode when the iPad
is turned off.
