multi-channel audio out on iPad with extern USB sound card

Hi,

I recently read that it's possible to connect extern some USB sound cards
to the iPad using the camera connection kit.

I would like to know if it is possible to have two (or even more) stereo
outputs this way. Which is, using the build-in dac as one stereo channel
and the USB sound card as a second stereo channel, i.e. four mono channels
simultaneously?

If yes, how is it done?
If no, will there be a future support for it?
