malloc() has detected corruption of memory which was supposed to be
free. Read the documentation for environment variables
MallocStackLogging, MallocScribble, MallocCheckHeapStart, and
MallocCheckHeapEach on the malloc() man page. These should enable you
to make the problem repeatable enough for you to find it.
