The difference is that Logic plug-ins are not AUs. They are
proprietary. Thus, there isn't a generic view for them, so they must
use the "controls" view.
I do not believe there is any way to do what you want other than to
implement a similar-looking view that matches Logic's controls view.
Unfortunately, that would be a bit of work, and would look wrong as
soon as the Logic UI is updated.
