HALLab IO Telemetry??

Anybody know what happened to the IO Telemetry window in HALLab?

Looking for it in HALLab 1.6 (as found in Lion) and it's not in the File > New menu as described in Tech Q&A #1467.

Has it moved to another app? Is there a better/different way to test audio overloads?
