DLS Synth once again

OK, It's time for my yearly question: does the latest iPad now include CoreAudio's DLS synth? It's not mentioned anywhere I can see, but that could be just because the subject is too geeky. I don't want to bother downloading an SDK if that feature isn't going to be there, so I appeal to you, Those Who Know.
