Hello world!

I'd like to get started working with CoreAudio. I've got Xcode 3.2 and I've been writing a DSP application using CUDA. I'd like to interface it to CoreAudio so I can see my application running in real-time. I've looked at some of the official documentation and demos for CoreAudio. I think I'll probably modify the PlayFile demo and wrap it around a Cocoa UI.

What I'd like to do is take in audio at 1024 sample windows, view it using the Sonogram and Waveform viewer Audio Units, process the data and display the results in a second instance of the Sonogram and Waveform viewer. Basically passthrough example with the two audio units with pre and post effects.

It doesnt matter to me if I take input from a file or from another program. Any tips or pointers are appreciated.

Thanks,

Omer Osman
