some of them are. but your expectations for support are bit exaggerated.

Not quite, it's more that from the responses I'm getting I'm trying to work out if I've explained my problem clearly enough and I seem to be repeating the operations of the AU framework.
I may've incorrectly assumed that the problem I'm experiencing is a common one when using the the AU framework and that there was a trivial solution for it.


Which leads me to believe that I might be on the wrong list. Hence this question.
