Does the watermarked PDF have security restrictions that prevent you
from annotating it -- for example, by Highlighting selected text,
adding Bookmarks, etc?
(informIT's FAQ on watermarked eBooks is vague on this. They say the
PDF is DRM-free, which implies no security restrictions, but they say
you are not authorized to "edit" the document.)
