Thanks for that, I've done some googling and it seems that the base SHP doesn't support being default device, indicating that some sort of IPC
is needed for this. Has JackRouter implemeted that ?

I'm asking because in a VAD kext this is not a concern, I would've thought that CoreAudio would take care of the mixing towards the user mode driver
in a similar manner ?
