"Spoken Podcast" setting for AAC

Hello Core Audio,

I've seen in the Import Settings menu in iTunes that there is an AAC setting called 'Spoken Podcast', and I'd like write an audio file on iOS with that setting (22.050 kHz with voice filtering, as the description states). Does anyone know how that 'Spoken Podcast' translates into an mFormatId in an AudioStreamBasicDescription? (Or is it simply a kAudioFormatMPEG4AAC with particular mFormatFlags being set?)

Thanks!
Rob Stenson
