Hi audio gurus,

I'm relatively new to core Audio and I may need a little help. I've a realtime system that outputs live contents through openGL based on a custom timeline. I've recently included a live recording, that allows to stream the content of what I render, into a MOV file.Everything fine until now, but, considering that my content may embed quicktime movies, I would like to capture the Audio too. What I basically need is to play the audio to a specific device (I already do it with the quicktime API) , and also hook into the output device ,  and re-encode the Audio back into my live capture stream.

Is this something is doable using the regular core audio API, or I can only hook into an input device ?  could you provide me a fast path for this ?

Thanks in advance,

Leonardo Bernardini
