There are many apps out there for sheet music. AVID's Scorch will play Sibelius files, scroll etc. There are bluetooth foot pedals that will allow you to control page turns for pretty much any document, including PDF scores. I believe forScore will auto-page turn depending on the file you pass it. Search on "sheet music" in the App Store. A sizable result list should appear.
