I know this isn't technically a CoreAudio issue, but I'm hoping someone here has seen this problem and knows how to fix it. In GarageBand (at least later versions), our plug-ins are not responding correctly to mouse gestures over our controls. Any time the user clicks anywhere in our plug-in window and moves the mouse, the entire window moves along with it. So, for example, clicking on a slider or knob doesn't adjust the control, it just moves the window (with maybe a *minor* control change). The user can use the mouse wheel (if they have one) to adjust the control, but in our graphs, using any of the drawing tools is impossible.
I see that Melodyne had this problem and resolved it, but I don't know HOW they resolved it.
Does anyone know what might be causing this behavior, and how to resolve it?
