AU Low Pass Filter in iOS 6

I noticed the resonance on the built in Low Pass filter AU in iOS 6 doesn't sound the same as iOS 5. It doesn't have the same squelch, which was desirable, did anyone else notice this? And do you know of a way to make it behave like the iOS 5 version, there are only 2 parameters to the unit :

enum {
   kLowPassParam_CutoffFrequency  = 0,
   kLowPassParam_Resonance        = 1
};
