Alexis,
These are user-land audio drivers so you need to put them in
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/.
Do that, kill coreaudiod (it will be restarted) and then run HALLab to
see your virtual driver.
I'm sorry but I don't know if these user-land audio drivers will work
with previous versions of Mac OSX.
