AUInstrument seen in auval but not Logic

Hello,

I am trying to create a working project based on the most current SinSynth sample, located here AudioUnitInstrumentExample (hard to find link, btw) My big problem, as the subject indicates, is that I cannot get the built product recognized by Garageband or Logic. 

I found the thread started by Thomas Haas but none of those solutions worked for me. 

Below is a link to my example project. It has different names than SinSynth, but it should be the same otherwise .
