Thanks, no, I wasnt aware of this (like I said, ML works on mine).
However, if it wasn't for my day job as developer I wouldn't bother
installing Mountain Lion at all. I simply can't think of any reason
why I would need it - 10.6.8 is by far the most stable and complete
system I ever used, and none of the features of ML appeal to me. So
the only reason for booting into 10.8.2 is for testing
compatibility...
