Clip AudioBufferList to a Range

  • Subject: Clip AudioBufferList to a Range

Say I have a buffer list, the time stamp it starts at, and a time stamp I want to start from which is somewhere after the buffer list starts but before it ends. I want to copy data into a new buffer list starting at my timestamp to the end of the buffer. Similarly I might want to start from the beginning of the buffer and end at my timestamp somewhere in the middle of the buffer.

Is there a convenience function anywhere that does this trimming, handling the various audio formats, channel interleaving, etc?
