This is what a small slice of time looks like. Note that cycle counter
is always 0, nominal frame size is equal to frame size and ticks,
current time and input time are all 0.
My sample rate is 131072.
op = 'rite', frame size = 1024, output time = 154692.000000
op = 'rite', frame size = 1024, output time = 155716.000000
op = 'rite', frame size = 1024, output time = 156740.000000
op = 'rite', frame size = 8192, output time = 158796.000000
op = 'rite', frame size = 8192, output time = 167336.000000
op = 'rite', frame size = 512, output time = 175528.000000
1024 and 512 above are zero-samples from Audacity.
8192 is from HALLab which is strange because it shows a buffer of 512.
