This typically happens when someone posts to the list but forgets to trim their personalized footer info, e.g. here's mine, including it intentionally:

Using this as an example, if another subscriber clicks that unsubscribe link (thinking it's a URL to unsubscribe themselves) the system will actually try to unsubscribe me since my email address is the one embedded in the link. Best thing to do is to just remember to trim out that footer when you post.

For future reference, feel free to use email@hidden for any list admin questions.

Also please don't everyone go clicking that link now. ;-)
