On the main thread. I have also tested the teardown and re-setup by
calling them from UIButton callbacks; they both work fine as long as
the headset is kept connected, but if I tap a button to tear down the
RemoteIO, disconnect the headset, reconnect it, and tap a button to
setup the RemoteIO again, I get the same error as when I trigger the
RemoteIO setup from the kAudioSessionProperty_AudioInputAvailable
property listener.
