This probably isn’t going to help much, but I happened to have an FA-101 here in my office. So, I tried it out with a few apps on my MacBook Pro running Mavericks. I was not able to reproduce any problems with the audio.
But the next step for you should be to write a bug about this and send it to us. Please include as much detail about your hardware as you can (including a System Profile!). Additionally, it would be nice if you could include a recording of the glitching. I often use my iPhone camera to shoot movies of glitches happening when I’m not able to debug it directly.
