Freeze functionality in Cubasis

  • Subject: Freeze functionality in Cubasis

Hi,

I have a synth app, and am trying to integrate Inter-app audio fully with Cubasis.
Cubasis has this "freeze" function, where the user is able to freeze a midi track and it's corresponding sound module into pure audio so as to save processing/memory.
I'm trying to add my app as an "Instrument" in Cubasis. It works with Cubasis as a "Generator" fine, with the limitation that folks are not able to freeze the tracks.

My app works with Cubasis midi via IAA fine, but when I try to freeze it, the frozen track has no audio.
I've read and followed the apple examples but I still have this issue.

Quite stuck at the moment... anyone has this issue before and solved it?

Appreciate any help I can get, thanks!

Pier.
