I sure hope it's not possible.
If your plugins are failing auval, and you cheat the results, then customers are not going to be very happy about your plugins. Your time is better spent figuring out why your plugins are failing and fixing the problem. There's not a single, successful, commercial plugin that fails auval, at least not to my knowledge.
