A customer of mine is reporting our application crashing inside the Matrix Reverb AU, which is being set up automatically by the DLS synth device it seems.

This is the first report of this problem we've had, and we can't reproduce it here.

Would anyone have any ideas on the cause of this?

The customer has two different Macs both showing this issue, both with 10.11.6 installed.

For what it's worth I'm also getting the following warning at runtime;

2016-08-02 12:53:37.445 Auralia[52826:290940] 12:53:37.445 WARNING: 140: This application, or a library it uses, is using the deprecated Carbon Component Manager for hosting Audio Units. Support for this will be removed in a future release. Also, this makes the host incompatible with version 3 audio units. Please transition to the API's in AudioComponent.h.
