Any AU host supporting kAUPresetExternalFileRefs

This is cross-post from Apple Developer Forums:

I’ve searched this list’s archive, Apple Developer Forums and web pages in general but I could not find any mention of a host that actually supports kAUPresetExternalFileRefs key in AU preset/state dictionary.

It looks like Logic Pro X has support only for certain bundled instruments/effects but does not seem to extend that support for 3rd party plugins.

Is there such AU host on macOS?
