Hello Core-Auio-List!
I am trying to write a VOIP-App using Audio-Units. I am using Audio Units to get audio data from the microphone and to put it back on the speaker.
Using Instruments I could see that my internal calculations and UDP-transfer takes about 30ms to be processed for each package, but overall I measured a 140ms latency.
Now I want to know where this additional latency comes from, and maybe how it can be avoided.
Is it the time the system which needs that long to get the audio from the microphone and put it back on the speaker?
