iPad Pro USBC DAC issues

Filled a bug report (49382057) today for the following problem:

Using the new iPad Pro USBC edition it does not appear that the USB Audio Class driver (1 or 2) is looking at the Asynchronous USB feedback pipe and therefore the output stream is either under or over running the buffers of the output device.

In the case of this report I used the Total Phase Beagle USB Analyzer in between DragonFly Red (also some of my Wavelength DACS HS) and with Tidal played back an 88.2Khz sample off their Masters list, the entire session the DAC was pegged asking for more data and the iPad continued to just stream standard amounts of samples. Same true with tracks at 96KHz and higher.
