This looks like the exact same issue. I guess I'm not the first to
encounter it. =)
CodeWarrior compiles this just fine (why am I not surprised?),
but still doesn't compile other intuitively correct code (grrrr...):
I haven't used CodeWarrior in years so I can't really comment on it.
