There used to be anonymous CVS access at opendarwin.org as well as at some apple site (opendarwin.apple.com?). Both require APSL agreement (ADC Online membership, btw.), however.

The opendarwin mirror is at http://darwinsource.opendarwin.org/, and unlike the official Apple download site does not require registration.
