Many thanks to all who contributed results for testsetjmp.c on
systems available to them!

Here's the summary:

You'll see that there are systems in both camps.  Perhaps
there's an indication that HPUX is evolving from no-auto
save/restore to yes-auto save/restore, like darwin.

At the end of the above file I've included a short polemic in
favor of no-auto save/restore.
