Is there a run loop mode which can be used to prevent distributed notification from being "seen" when you're waiting for the reply of a CFMessagePortSendRequest?

The distributed notification observer is being registered with CFNotificationSuspensionBehaviorDeliverImmediately.

Maybe there is an existing run loop mode which could be passed to CFMessagePortSendRequest to define exceptions.
