In trying to figure this out, I found a definition for SUB_ABSOLUTETIME in
libkern/libkern/OSBase.h, inside my unpacked kernel archive. I'm still getting
errors, despite having the headers available locally and included from
AppleADBKeyboard.cpp.

I'd be grateful if someone could point me to a general doc or somesuch that
talks about the desired layout for source and headers for kernel builds
and for builds that depend on things defined in the kernel source package.

Thanks in advance!

'I' before 'E', except after 'C', unless the word is sufficiently weird.
