There is an obvious exception to this courtesy, and these posts are a shining example of it. After repeated attempts by many FOSS developers to get this situation remedied, nothing has happened. [ ...] This is not the time to quibble about netiquette.
You're more than welcome to cross-post to any of your own lists, obviously, but please observe the rules of netiquette when using Apple's mailing lists. Repeated cross-posting to Apple mailing lists WILL result in the revocation of your posting privileges and it's not a question open to discussion or debate (nor is it your call to decide what the "exceptions" are), so please obey such common courtesies in the future if you wish to keep using our lists.
