Nope!

I also found what seems to be a documentation bug.  If you're using it
for one-shot spawn and forget items, the equivalent of "cmd &" in /etc/rc,
you have to disregard all of the warnings about closing file descriptors, et
al., because if you don't close out file descriptors for your daemon
processes, launchd hangs waiting for them to "complete".
