Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of Darwin 8.8.1, corresponding to Mac OS X 10.4.8 for both PowerPC- and Intel-based Macintoshes. The buildable sources are available at:

	http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/10.4.8.x86/

These represent the first full release supporting both architectures.
