Not really. What are you really trying to do? Even if you could
easily answer this question, the result would be subject to race
conditions.
I wanted to get a pid_t of a process registered with the boostrap server.
The only way I found was to use bootstrap_info and then sysctl with
CTL_KERN/KERN_PROC/KERN_PROC_ALL and compare the results.
