Hey, I'm using ASL to read the log files. Very cool, but there seems to be some missing functionality. How can I get notified when the log file changes? I don't want to kqueue the asl.db file (since that seems like an implementation detail I shouldn't rely on). Is that the solution.

Also, If anyone cares to know, ASL corrupts memory on Tiger and is unusable. Is that a known issue? run code with /usr/lib/ libgmalloc.dylib and it crashes everytime. Randomly corrupts ram and randomly bombs otherwise.
