Do you have all the BSD SDKs installed? If you have not, it would be
wise to install them.

Greetings Everyone,
I am a neophyte trying to install the perl LWP::UserAgent module from
CPAN onto my OSX 10.4.10 system (intel dual processor). Am having
problems and looking for help!
First it seemed I did not have the 'make' utility, so I installed
xcode 2.4.1 which seemd to fix that. Still CPAN tells me at the end
"make had returned bad status, install seems impossible". Possibly
related: I can't find a Makefile.pl on my system. How can I fix this?
Would be grateful for any help.
The last part of the Cpan output is below.
Thanks,
Ako

Writing Makefile for HTML::Tagset
-- NOT OK
Running make test
Can't test without successful make
Running make install
make had returned bad status, install seems impossible
Running make for G/GA/GAAS/libwww-perl-5.807.tar.gz
Is already unwrapped into directory /Users/Ako/.cpan/build/libwww-
perl-5.807
CPAN.pm: Going to build G/GA/GAAS/libwww-perl-5.807.tar.gz
-- NOT OK
Running make test
Can't test without successful make
Running make install
make had returned bad status, install seems impossible
