But my questions remains: Is this bug also in 10.4.8? I'm asking
this because the source code is available for 10.4.8 and we found
the bug with our SCTP implementation. Since TCP/IPv6 can send larger
packets it seems to be related to the specific packets (possibly
how the mbuf chain is built or so). So to provide a work around in
our transport stack we need the source code for the kernel which
has this problem. And the source code for 10.4.9 is not available...
Best regards
Michael
Conversely, I could file the bug internally if you don't have
access, just let me know off-list.
Thanks,
Jessica

Dear all,
I just figured out that
ping6 -s 2000 ::1
is not working on 10.4.9 Intel or PPC whereas using a smaller
message size is working.
It is working on 10.3.9. Is this a bug (I guess it is one) in
10.4.9 or also present
in earlier versions?
Best regards
Michael
