Go to http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/ and choose the
version of Darwin you are interesting in, w.l.o.g. 10.4.9 x86
There, you find all the packages in Darwin .. but actually, I am at a
loss where exactly `ps` would live in. `top` however is easily found
