Building 10.5 kernel

I was trying to build a kernel and noticed that ctfconvert (and a few associated utilities) appear to be missing. I assume this originates from the integration of dtrace from the Sun stuff, and additionally that Apple must have their own versions of these tools. Are they available somewhere for download?
