My problem is that I use the Intel C++ compiler (version 10.1), which

compatible binary with the Intel compiler?
I haven't used the Intel compiler, but two approaches spring to mind:
- Figure out how to tell it to use the include files and libraries in
the 10.4 SDK instead of the ones in the running system
- Keep around a Tiger machine for doing builds on :-)
