Source for dwarfdump/dsymutil?

dwarfdump apparently comes from a project called 'dwarfutils-33',
but this doesn't
seem to be in the latest sources. Was this omitted intentionally?
If there somewhere
I can download a copy?
google indicates that gcc patches weren't buildable for a while w/
o "a newer
dwarfutils which don't exist outside of Apple", but it isn't clear if
the dependency
was removed or whether the source was released somewhere.
